Our downtown is the heart of Fairview, and it deserves to thrive. I'll work to fill vacant storefronts, streamline permits for local entrepreneurs, and ensure our public spaces are clean, welcoming, and safe for families and visitors alike.
Every Fairview family deserves to feel safe in their neighborhood. I'll prioritize adequate staffing for our police and fire departments, invest in community outreach, and make sure our emergency services have the tools they need to respond quickly and effectively.
Fairview's parks and green spaces are where our community comes together — and I'll fight to keep them clean, accessible, and fully funded. At the same time, I'll hold the line on spending, pursue efficiencies in city operations, and keep our budget balanced so future generations aren't left with the bill.
I grew up on Maple Avenue, went to Fairview High, and built my hardware business right here on Oak Street — the same store my father opened thirty years ago. My wife Carol and I raised our three kids in this town, and we plan to grow old here. I know these streets, these neighbors, and these challenges because I've lived them alongside you.
I'm running for Mayor because Fairview deserves a leader who shows up — not just at ribbon-cuttings, but at PTA nights, community board meetings, and yes, at the pothole you've been reporting for six months. My promise is simple: I'll be honest with you, I'll be reachable, and I'll put Fairview first every single day I serve.
